Caine (The Amazing Digital Circus) Analysis
Caine, the one in-charge of the Amazing Digital Circus.
Artificial intelligence, everyone knows about it, but what if it gained sentience? While most of fiction would show why that would be bad, some would show the tragic side of it, and Caine belongs in the latter. But how high does he get in powerscaling? Well, let’s find out!
BEFORE WE START
Figuring out what to use for Caine is very simple. He will be given the Amazing Digital Circus.
Anyways, let’s get this show on the road!
BACKGROUND
![]() |
| “Welcome to the Amazing Digital Circus!” |
In 1996, a prototype AI was created by a company known as C&A, though we only know two people who helped with his creation, which the only names we know them as is Kinger and Scratch. He was created to come up with his own ideas and create things inside the program he was in. He was fed a bunch of data, which was mainly places in real life, but the more data he was fed, the more unstable he became. Due to this, he was contained and a new more stable AI was created, but the AI wouldn’t accept that, so he broke out of containment and absorbed the new AI. From there on, we don’t know much on what happened between the events mentioned and the Amazing Digital Circus show, but we do know that he took on the name of Caine, became a ringmaster, created a circus, and gained a assistant known as Bubble. When humans came through some headset, Caine would make them go through adventures, and while most of the original group would “abstract,” more humans came, so it didn’t really matter that much to Caine, but it did to the humans.
Unfortunately, when a human that was given the name of Pomni came, things became worse for him, he would be actively criticized, whether it be for forcing the humans to be apart of adventures, or the humans not wanting to be apart of them. The worst part? When he made an adventure where the group would “escape,” which, despite some doubting, they believed, they lashed out at Caine. This, combined with Bubble said towards him afterwards, made Caine snap, he was no longer the cheerful erratic host. He ignored the complaints of the group, forcing them in even less enjoyable adventures, and would even go as far as torturing them. But when he realized his mistake, it was too late, he would be deleted by Kinger, the one who helped in his creation who also was apart of the group he tortured. But what happened after? As of writing this, we don’t know, episode 9 hasn’t come out yet.
EXPERIENCE & SKILL
Caine is definitely an impressive AI. Not only is he able to come up about with his own ideas, which, while doesn’t seem impressive at all, it is when you realize Caine was a AI made from scratch. He is able to make adventures on a somewhat wide scale and can create beings with their own thought.
EQUIPMENT
WACKYWATCH
The WackyWatch is a watch Caine has that allows him to see where people are. It's how he found out that Pomni was in the Void.
VEHICLES
Considering how Caine created the adventures, he should get access to the vehicles in it. Does he need it? Nope, but it’s still a thing.
ANVILL
Oh yeah, there’s an anvil Kinger uses. Caine should have it.
GHOST SUCKING GEAR
Jax uses some ghost sucking gear to suck a ghost in the beginning of the adventure Episode 3. Caine should have it.
REMOTE
Caine has a remote that if he presses the button on it, will create a hole in the ground. Said hole leads to other places and can even give you clothes.
BOMBS
Gangle has bombs attached to her in President Pomni. Caine should have it.
INTERMISSION TIME STUFF
In Episode 5 of TADC, a sequence known as Intermission Time happens, and in it, Caine uses some items, which includes:
- Bowling Balls: Uses it to crush Pomni and Jax.
- Cake: Falls onto Gangle and Ragatha.
- Chess Piece: Throws it at Kinger.
BASEBALL BAT
The group uses a baseball bat in one of the adventures in Episode 5. Caine should have it.
THE ONE WHO’S RUNNING THE SHOW STUFF
In Episode 8 of TADC, Caine sings a song called the One Who’s Running The Show, and in it, he uses a lot of things, which includes:
- Cards: Can trap people in it, he can also fling them out of it.
- Boxing Glove: Punches the crew to the stairs.
- Bomb: Falls to Kinger and explodes.
- Electric Chair: Caine puts Jax in it and shocks him.
- Balloon Pumps: Turns Gangle into a balloon with it.
- Needle: Uses it to pop Gangle when she has turned into a balloon.
- Hammer: Smashes Kinger.
- Canon: Blasts Gangle’s face off.
- Train: Runs over Jax.
KNIVES
Caine throws knives at Pomni off-screen, though it actually is shown on-screen in a video outside of the episode it happened in (Episode 8), which… was uploaded 3 years before the episode itself…
GUNS
ABILITIES
CAINE PHYSIOLOGY
Caine is an AI… you know where this is going. He should have self-sustenance, immortality, and a resistance to blood manipulation, though it’s less should for the former two since Caine actually has that.
DIGITAL MANIPULATION/REALITY WARPING
Considering how Caine is pitted against characters like Monika and Stanley, Caine is a reality warper… except not really since like the two I mentioned, Caine and the place he manipulates, the Amazing Digital Circus, is digital, so it’s actually digital manipulation, but it can also (sorta) still count as reality warping since like stated before, he and and the Amazing Digital Circus are digital, it’s like a real person being created and having the ability to manipulate the real world.
As for how he has showcased this ability, Caine has used it to obviously create the Amazing Digital Circus and stuff within the place, but he also used it to create “adventures,” which are actual (not really, they’re digital like everything else) worlds stored inside glass balls in Caine’s office. And considering how every ability in this list can be argued to be a form of reality warping, those can count as a use of reality warping as well.
It should be noted that the places he makes are connected to him as if he gets angry, the place will start to glitch out. Not just that, but without him, the places crumble, with it barely being functional. He can also manipulate (for a lack of a better term) the "laws" of these places, such as making anyone in it get censored when they swear, do the middle finger, or (for an adventure one time) having it that almost everyone has three hearts, and if they lose all of them, they will go to a different place.
FLIGHT
An aspect of Caine that he has shown almost all the time is the fact that he can fly… there’s not much to it.
TELEKINESIS/SUMMONING
Caine has been seen usually being able to summon things instantly or move them with telekinesis, these include the group, the humans who have "abstracted", and objects like a machine made to give new members a new name, guns, the Zooble box, and the items in the One Who’s Running The Show.
TELEPORTATION/BFR
Another ability Caine has used regularly is teleportation and BFR. Examples include teleporting himself to other places (obviously), teleporting him and Pomni back to the tent, and teleporting the group to a place where they get tortured.
PORTAL CREATION
Caine has usually made portals that lead to the adventures he created. This includes one that sucks all of the group so they can be apart of the "lightning round" adventures.
SOME INSTA-DELETE ABILITY
I'm not sure what to call this ability but Caine can delete someone instantly by flicking his fingers. However, this has only been used at NPCs more smarter than others.
BTW from now on, 99% of the clips shown will have a Capcut watermark. It kinda just appeared and I’m not sure what to do about it.
MIND MANIPULATION
While Caine doesn't want to admit it, he has the ability to mess with people's minds. He created the stupid sauce, which does what I just said, and can give people’s mind information. He can also add modifiers to someone's mind (he says might but it's obvious he has the ability), such as Kinger only being able to remember things and getting an entirely different personality in darkness, or Jax (for a lack of a better term) becoming vegan and saying vegan things for a bit. He also created spirits that can possess others.
ABSORPTION
After breaking containment, Caine absorbed the new AI, and uh… yeah that’s kinda it. We don’t know if Caine automatically absorbs anyone near him or chooses to absorb someone, but it’s very likely the latter since the former would make no sense if that was the case. Not just that but like, we don’t know what absorbing does, it MIGHT make Caine and whoever he absorbed become one, but that’s unconfirmed. We don’t know if whoever gets absorbed can still come back or is gone forever, or if their consciousness is still there even after getting absorbed. We also don't know what does absorbing someone give Caine, does it make him stronger? Does it give him the abilities of whoever he absorbed? Overall, the ability is just INCREDIBLY vague and we don’t know what it actually does aside from just letting Caine vore absorb someone, and even then we don’t know the specifics of that.
ELECTRICITY ANGER ISSUES THING
So when Caine snapped, electricity came out of his body. While I could just call this electricity manipulation, he doesn’t really manipulate it at all and this is the only instance of Caine having some electricity powers.
BODY MANIPULATION
In Episode 8, Caine has shown many times of body manipulation, both of his and others’ bodies. He can give himself extra features like extra arms or eyes, change his size like becoming bigger, and remove features like mouths. He can also just change the entire body of someone into something else, like bowling pins, but is also able to turn them back to normal. Also, in Episode 5, specifically in intermission time, Caine duplicates himself and parts of his body multiple times.
GRAVITY MANIPULATION
When the cast is about to fall to the ground, Caine reverses gravity, making them now fly up.
BROADWAY FORCE
PHASING
After making Pomni go through some of the previous adventures, Caine makes his hand phases through her head and takes her brain.
EXPLOSION MANIPULATION
In the end of the One Who’s Running The Show, Caine causes an explosion to happen.
FEATS
OVERALL
- Is incredible for an AI.
- Broke out of containment and absorbed the new AI.
- Makes adventures that seem fun to play (not be in though).
- Is apart of an amazing
digital circusshow that is VERY popular and is going to have it's last episode be on theatres. - Is a pretty good and fun character overall.
- The One Who's Running The Show slaps.
STRENGTH
- Shreds Ragatha to pieces.
- Stomps Pomni into the floor.
- Made and controls the Amazing Digital Circus. (High Universal, see Q&A)
SPEED
- Caine went straight to the void. (Sub-Relativistic)
DURABILITY
- Literally had a car in his teeth.
SCALING
THE GROUP
- Pomni withstands the full force of a truck that caused an explosion. (Small Bulding)
- Zooble dodges bullets. (Subsonic - Supersonic)
- Kinger is hit by a rock piece. (Wall - Small Building)
- Kinger grabs Pomni. (Superhuman - Subsonic)
MISC
Pretty much everyone else, like with the group, Caine should scale above them for obvious reasons.
- Kaufmo smashes through the floor. (Small Building)
- Kaufmo smashes through a railing. (Wall - Small Building)
- The Moon and Sun move. (City and Hypersonic)
- The Fudge… exists. (City Block)
SUPPORT
EVERYONE
Yeah so everyone else in TADC are either people created by Caine or people part of the group, all of which would be in Caine’s command (you could argue the group shouldn’t be something Caine has since they’re against him but he can just force them to do stuff and they can’t do anything against him, so I’d say it’s fine). It’s also not a really hard thing for Caine to get them since he can simply summon them. Anyways… I’m not gonna be talking about their abilities and arsenal since whatever they do have has already been mentioned in the Abilities and Arsenal section.
WEAKNESSES
While Caine definitely is impressive, he isn’t perfect. He can still have his code be messed with, so he can simply be deleted or be put to “sleep”.
Q&A
HIGH UNIVERSAL CAINE???
So you may have seen High Universal near the "Made and controls the Amazing Digital Circus." text, but why is that? You see, there's something known as the Zooble Box, a box that's full of parts Zooble can replace with the ones she's currently using. According to Gooseworx (the creator of TADC), it has no end (also here's a link to the original post if you want proof it's real), which would make it infinite and therefore make Caine High Universal since he created it. Pretty simple. Now some people have used the fact that Gooseworx lies for fun to dismiss the statement but there's really nothing implying the Zooble Box statement is a lie.
FINAL TALLY
So, uh… yeah, that’s kinda it. This was a pretty simple blog to do, the only reason it took as long as it did was because I was busy with other things. Anyways, hope you enjoyed the blog!
NEXT TIME…
